Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how Monolith processes personal data for visitors, account users, beta analytics, security, support, and service operation.
The Polish text is the legally authoritative version. English text is provided for convenience.Controller
The data controller is the individual operator of Monolith in Poland/EU. Public beta contact: monolith.solution@gmail.com. Final commercial launch requires replacing this placeholder with complete legal identification and contact details.
Data categories
We process account identifiers, email address, role, access level, language, authentication state, technical browser/device information, approximate session identifiers, routes, timestamps, usage events, support messages, and security logs. We avoid collecting passwords, secrets, payment details, raw project notes, and full building input payloads in analytics.
Legal bases
Account and service operation are processed because they are necessary to provide the beta service. Security, abuse prevention, reliability, support, and product improvement analytics are processed based on legitimate interest. Guest analytics cookies are used only after consent.
Signed-in analytics
When you have an account, Monolith tracks broad product usage connected with your user id, role, product access, locale, route, timestamps, coarse session id, and device/browser basics. This helps operate the beta, find errors, improve workflows, prioritize features, and prevent abuse. If you object to required account analytics, contact us; beta access may be declined or ended if the service cannot be operated without this telemetry.
Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, and infrastructure providers used to operate Monolith. If data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards should be used before production launch.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to legitimate-interest processing, and withdrawal of consent where consent is used. You may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists and for a reasonable period needed for security, support, claims, or legal obligations. Product analytics should be retained for no longer than necessary for beta operation and product improvement, with a default target of 12 months unless security or legal needs require longer.
